Mechanika Motors is a family business that has been operating in the Southern Tablelands for over ten years and is the home to RYCO 24/7 Goulburn. We understand the importance of getting vehicles and machinery back to work and enjoy what we do. As an administration assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our automotive service department, handling a wide range of administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to our team and valued customers. From managing appointments and coordinating schedules to maintaining accurate records, invoicing and assisting with customer inquiries, your dedication and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service.
While this opportunity initially arises due to maternity leave, our commitment to excellence means that we are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team permanently. For the right applicant who demonstrates outstanding performance and aligns with our values, there is a possibility of ongoing employment beyond the maternity leave period.

What we need from you
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
Greet and welcome all who visit our main office
Assist with customer enquiries
Develop meaningful relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders
Manage bookings and allocations
Invoicing and data entry
General administration tasks
General minimum requirements
Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
Loyal, dedicated and ready to work
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong computer aptitude
Experience working in an automotive environment
Current fork lift licence
First aid certificate
